RETURN & REFUNDS

Although we hope you'll be happy with your FURNLEY furniture if you occasionally need to return it. This policy contains all the information you need to know

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately  Only orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled. If an order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it at that time and the following policy will apply  How can I  return?  If you want to return the product, it is not a problem We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if it is within the return period You must return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving your order Please note that we do not offer  free returns or refund the original shipping cost paid as stated on our product Follow the steps below to make the return process as quick and smooth as possible:

  • Contact us  within 14 days of  delivery using our contact form to let us know you want a return or exchange and why. We will then order a collection or send you a store delivery label to deliver your item to your local delivery store.
  • Make sure you pack the order the same way you received it  and in the original boxes If you have not kept the original boxes, it is your responsibility to have the products repackaged. We do not provide additional boxes The items must not be used or installed in any way Attach the return slip to the box or write your order number on the outside

My package is damaged or defective:

We do our best to ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition In the rare event that this does not happen, our customer support team is here to help  For damaged packaging: Upon delivery of the product, please check that the box or product does not appear to be damaged before signing for the product. If the goods or the box appear to be damaged, you must indicate in the documentation that they are damaged  and you can refuse delivery to the courier. Otherwise, your request will be rejected

Defective items or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery Email us a letter with a description  of the defects and photos. After receiving e-mail letter and photos, we will assess the damage  and  contact you to send  spare parts or a replacement unit

Receiving your refund

We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.

  • By credit or debit card - Your money will go back onto the same card.Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
  • By Bank Transfer – All bank transfers refunds will go back into the same bank account.
